We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Director and wider team. This role is essential to our growth and success, encompassing a variety of tasks from CRM management to event planning, and ensuring seamless administrative support. CRM management: Maintain and update our customer relationship management system.

Scheduling follow-up meetings: Organise and manage the Director's calendar, ensuring timely follow-ups.

Calling and emailing warm leads: Engage with potential clients to generate interest and opportunities.

Event planning: Assist with coordinating and executing events that promote our platform and engage our community.

Marketing and engagement: Assist with marketing campaigns and strategies to increase platform visibility.

General admin support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director.

Assisting with managing customer enquiries when necessary.

Providing general admin support to ensure smooth team operations.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience in CRM management and administrative support.

Enthusiasm for mental health and a passion for making a positive impact.

A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team., GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
