Welsh Language Telephone Interviewer and Data Coder

Our contact centre in Swansea offers excellent long-term opportunities for Welsh speaking telephone interviewers and data coders. We are looking for confident people with good communication skills able to discuss sensitive issues in both Welsh and English; and able to review feedback written in Welsh, providing English translations as required. We operate flexible shifts with full-time and part-time opportunities, but evening or weekend work is essential.

Successful candidates can start work immediately but will require Non-Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV) clearance before they are able to work on some projects.

Opinion Research Services (ORS) are a Swansea based Social Research organisation that work on behalf of several Local Governments, County Councils, Police Forces, Health and Fire services etc.

Pay is Hourly at £12.00 per hour, and we also offer performance bonuses. The hourly rate of £12 is subject to you passing the police vetting. Rates of pay will be discussed at interview.

All our interviewers receive extensive training to be able to carry out the role. Training and probation period will be carried out at our offices, however once the probationary period is over there are options for working from home.
