Full Job Description
- Till and counter duties
- Processing orders face to face and telephone
- Tracking deliveries
- Participate in receiving new shipments of stock and stock checking
- Dealing with day to day customer inquiries
- Keep up to date with product information
- Accurately describing product features and benefits to customers
- Follow all company's policies and procedures
We are looking for an motivated Sales Adviser (Part-Time) for our Redditch based Builders Merchant's. - Builders merchants experience is advisable but not essential
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practice
- Proficiency in English
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- IT Skills; must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Used of POS System
- GCSE Qualification

The ideal candidate will need to help customers identify the purchase products they desire. They will need to partake in processing orders, tracking deliveries, dealing with customers face to face and on the phone.
