Wed-Saturday Front of House Staff

In search for Wednesday (5hrs), Thursday(5hrs), Friday(5.5hrs) & Saturday (5.5hrs) = 4 day weekly Staff

Work Hours:
Mon 4:45pm-9:45 pm, Wed 4:45pm-9:45 pm, Thur 4:45pm-9:45 pm, Friday 4:45pm-10:15 pm Saturday 4:45pm-10:15 pm

Role purpose:

Provide courteous, efficient, and reliable service to customers. This includes receiving payment for orders, providing customers with accurate information, and ensuring that orders are prepared and collected in a timely manner. The role requires a basic understanding of health and safety practices and ensuring that the shop is always clean and tidy.

Duties:

• Responsible for Opening & Closing (therefore must be on time)


• Greeting guests and visitors


• Processing orders and payments


• Answering telephone orders and inquiries, have a clear telephone voice is essential


• Providing information on menu and food safety information


• Organising collection times


• Dealing with customers' inquiries and complaints


• Provide a tidy and presentable reception area


• Handling cash and Cash Reconciliation
  
  Must be reliable and disciplined approach to work. Some experience of working in a food environment/ QSR/Hospitality is desirable. Able to work as part of a team and on their own., Customer service: 2 years (required)


• Catering: 1 year (required)


• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)


• Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
  
  You are applying for a family-run takeout, On weekdays the work pace tends to be slower and on weekends can get busy meaning being organised is an advantage to this work.
