Kids Planet Day Nurseries provides the highest standard of early years care and education in each of our 189 settings within a unique environment in which children are actively encouraged to explore, learn, and interact with others.

Following strong growth over the past few years, we have a new and exciting opportunity within the marketing team for a driven and ambitious Website Manager.

Responsible for optimising the customer journey and user experience across all digital touchpoints, the Website Manager will lead the day-to-day management of the Kids Planet and Training Academy websites, alongside lead generation, CRO initiatives and support overall digital marketing performance.

Contributing to an exciting growth plan, this critical role reports to the Senior Brand Manager working alongside a wider marketing team and cross functional teams.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate the online and offline customer journey to acquire and nurture leads. To deliver the best-in-class customer journey.

Implement website optimisation for user flow and performance improvement.

Monitor CRM (Hubspot) performance through coordination with relevant touchpoint owners to accurately measure KPI's and the impact of initiatives.

Identify and execute new initiatives to support digital projects and website efficiencies.

Lead digital KPI tracking and regular data-driven insight and reporting.

3 years plus, proven relevant experience in digital, ecommerce or website management role, either agency or inhouse

·Strong working experience of KPI tracking and performance analysis including GA4 and Microsoft Excel

·Working knowledge and experience of:

oWordPress

oHubSpot (CRM)

oPower BI

oGoogle Analytics and reporting tools - GA4, Looker, Google search console

oSEO tracking and performance analytics, SEMRUSH, Moz

oEcommerce platforms including Magento or Shopify

·A keen eye for design and be at home talking about user experience, customer journey and SEO optimisation.

·Good working knowledge of ecommerce merchandising and on-site search optimisation.

·Exceptional communication skills with the ability to provide clear insight and direction from data given.

·Experience building content and developing brilliant user experiences and will be on top of analytics and reporting to make sure that we're identifying issues and opportunities within our group quickly and efficiently.

·Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM software and be proficient at working within and developing relevant dashboards and reports to answer specific business questions.

·Experience in website content and understanding how to create a user journey through a platform.

·Collaborating closely across the marketing team to deliver best in class cross platform campaigns.

·Building competitor insight and understanding.

·Partnering with paid search and social to ensure that all leads and enquiries are captured and feed into the user and customer acquisition journey. Be confident with data and demonstrate the ability to use other packages and platforms successfully. Alongside a strong technical and data driven ability with a broad understanding of software and systems to build our SEO and UX journey., Demonstrate ability to work in the UK.

Key requirements:

-This is a full-time, permanent, 3 day a week in the office in Lymm (Cheshire) position with 2 WFH days,

-Salary £32.5k (reflective on experience)
