Warehouse Team Leader

Menzies Distribution are looking for a Picking, Warehouse Team Leader to join us, providing a first class service with our team in Coventry working on behalf of Menzies Distribution Limited and its customers. You will work closely with our Operational Team, who will support you to execute a Warehouse role. When in the warehouse, you will be accountable for the safe loading and unloading of stock and will be required to support your colleagues to achieve picking, scanning and sorting targets!

The Details:

• £29,249.44 Per Annum


• Location :Coventry Distribution Centre CV3 4PB


• 4 Days, Friday to Monday, Weekend Role


• 40 Hours Per Week - Friday 06.00 to 16.00 / Saturday 06.00 to 18.00 / Sunday 06.00 to 18.00 / Monday 06.00 to 16.00

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Complete all documentation as per company procedure


• Support and lead the warehouse Picking Team


• Break down, allocate and load inbound supplies


• Keep the warehouse safe, clean and tidy


• Adhere to company procedures and policies


• Assemble customer supplies according to picking specifications


• Check the quality of packed orders
  
  Physically fit to meet the demands of a warehouse role


• Hardworking, positive and a flexible attitude to work


• Able to lead and manage people
