Warehouse Operations Manager

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager, based at our state-of-the-art National Distribution Centre and Headquarters in Hams Hall, Coleshill. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse and transport facilities, ensuring timely deliveries, accurate inventory management, and an efficient reverse logistics process to our suppliers. They will also oversee the Compliance and Health & Safety aspects of the operation, whilst managing cross-departmental communications and ensuring a safe and productive work environment for our teams

Experience of working in a fast paced environment with a passion for driving continuous improvement, coupled with strong leadership and communication skills are a must for this role.
