We are currently looking for a Trainee Manager to Cover Maternity leave at our Lower Heathcote Store. For the right person this position will lead into Management role in one of our soon to 3 Leamington Sites on a permanent basis

You will be required to lead the Team on shift helping them & leading by example to deliver our Big 5 to provide the best customer service through friendly greetings, smiles, chats & genuine farewells. Producing brand standard product consistently by following Bewiched working practices whilst maintaining a sparkling, spotless environment. Executing weekly routines to ensure smooth running of the store, following the Bewiched communication cycle to ensure alignment across the team from every full timer to the Sunday person working three hours a week.
