Trainee Quantity Surveyor

We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to kick-start their career in the construction industry. School leavers and undergraduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

Assisting senior quantity surveyors with cost control and cost management

Procurement of materials and sub-contractors

Measurement and valuation of works

Preparation of tender and contract documents

Assisting with project budgeting and forecasting

Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers

A strong interest in construction and the built environment

Excellent numerical and analytical skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
