Responsibilities:

• Supporting the customer journey from the initial enquiry through to the collection of their new glasses.


• Ensuring the customer has the best experience possible.


• Meeting and greeting.


• Use the most up to date technology to pre test customers eyes.


• Undertake repairs and adjustments on glasses.
