JOB MISSION:

New Balance is looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Associate who will be responsible for trade marketing activities across different channels and regions, aligning with the overall trade marketing strategy for our Strategic Key Account. The Trade Marketing Associate will play a key role in assisting our Trade Marketing Manager, managing, and executing trade marketing campaigns, and supporting the daily trade marketing department operations.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Support and assist the Associate Trade Marketing Manager in the creation and implementation of the account marketing plan, managing tactical activity and marketing channels.

  • Execute trade marketing campaigns across Europe to drive awareness and sell-through.

  • Manage 360 campaigns - Brief, creative, production & activation.

  • Supporting retailers with launch tools such as assets and marketing calendars.

  • Measuring campaign effectiveness including ROI, ROS & Sell Through

  • Liaise and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Campaign budget management

  • Co-ordinating sample deliveries to PR agencies.

  • Maintaining a live inventory of marketing material and stock.

  • Analysing the Influencer and PR database.

  • Supporting daily trade marketing departmental operations as required.

  • Promote the correct use of New Balance brand guidelines.


  • REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
  • Previous experience in a dynamic, brand-led environment.

  • Having a Trade Marketing background is essential.

  • Knowledge of the Performance Running or Lifestyle marketplace is desirable.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience in managing and delivering trade marketing campaigns.

  • Strong ability to work independently and be a motivated self-starter.

  • Good project management skills with a strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work with and meet tight deadlines, complete tasks, and deliver quickly.

  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

  • Be highly organised and have a customer-focused mindset.

  • Strong creative thinking ability.

  • Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite is desirable.
