Team Manager South Oxfordshire

As Team Manager, your role is pivotal in leading and motivating a high-performing and passionate team of Practice Supervisors, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers and Coordinators within the South locality. Your leadership style will serve as the driving force of the team, empowering them to unlock their full potential and provide an exceptional service to our residents and the people we work with.

As part of your role as Team Manager, you will:

Empower and lead your team to deliver a safe, responsive, effective person-centred, strength-based approach to our service.
Enable your team by encouraging, developing and implementing creative, strength based, imaginative approaches to help the people we work with achieve their desired outcomes.
Develop and maintain strong local working relationships to promote and develop an agile, cohesive and seamless local integrated service.
Work closely with other Team Managers and Service Managers in Adult Social Care to contribute to the ongoing development of the service. You'll be encouraged to think creatively and explore innovative approaches, aligning with the principles of the Oxfordshire Way.
