Support worker

Support Worker - Full Time, Permanent
Base - Darlington Police Station, required to travel to surrounding areas.
Full UK Driving Licence would be beneficial.

Join our dedicated team in providing essential aftercare support to those who have passed through police custody as well as those loved ones effected.

You will be based in Darlington Police Station, but be expected to travel around the surrounding areas working with service users and their families.

As a support worker you will:

• Assess clients coming into treatment


• Complete risk assessments and care planning


• Prepare and deliver group work


• Other tasks as outlined in job description
