Sports Coach

We are seeking a passionate Sports leaders to join our team. As a Sports Coach, you will have the opportunity to educate and inspire athletes of all ages and skill levels. As a leader you will support children to be safe and learn to love everything active and the benefits of doing so. If you have a love for sports and enjoy working with individuals or teams to help them reach their full potential, we would love to hear from you., Develop and implement sessions and activities tailored to an individuals or a groups needs

Note: if you believe you are not quite strong enough at any of this skills below we have a fully operational support team dedicated to upskilling our staff.

roles:
- Teach fundamental skills, techniques related to specific sports
- Plan and conduct practice sessions to improve children's performance
- Provide guidance and motivation to children during training sessions and competitions
- Assess the children's performance and enjoyment, providing constructive feedback for improvement
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline
- Ensure the safety of the children during training sessions and competitions
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate schedules and events
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and rules in sports coaching

Strong knowledge of various sports rules, techniques, and strategies
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey instructions and provide feedback
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to achieve their goals
- Patience and understanding when working with children of different skill levels
- Organizational skills to plan and manage training sessions effectively
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during training or competitions
