  • Develop and execute planograms that maximize the profitability of retail spaces.

  • Utilize space planning software to design layouts that enhance product visibility and accessibility.

  • Analyse sales data and consumer insights to inform planogram decisions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align planograms with merchandising strategies and product assortments.

  • Ensure planograms comply with company standards and industry best practices.

  • Continuously monitor planogram performance and recommend adjustments to improve sales and efficiency.

  • Stay updated on retail trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to inform planogram development.

  • Train and support store teams in planogram implementation and maintenance.

  • Provide guidance and expertise to stakeholders on space utilization and product placement strategies.

  • Participate in range review processes and contribute insights to optimize product assortments.

  • Experience in space planning and planogram development, preferably in a retail environment.

  • Proficiency in space planning software (e.g., JDA Space Planning, Relex Space Planning).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and consumer behaviour insights.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and precision in planogram design.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance business objectives and customer needs.

  • Knowledge of retail merchandising principles and industry trends.

  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a dynamic retail environment.
