Full Job Description

The role of the Sourcing Administration Executive is to provide ongoing support to the Sourcing department and to be responsible primarily for the creation and management of multiple supplier contracts, where attention to detail is key. You may be looking to take the first step and embark on a career in a Purchasing, Sourcing, or Procurement role. The right candidate will have previous and strong administrative experience, good time management and a keen eye for detail and be able to prioritise and work to deadlines.
Key tasks

  • A full range of administration tasks relating to and enveloping the end to end Supplier contract creation process

  • Ensuring all key contract terms are included as per our standard terms or deviations as per Sourcing team negotiations and feedback

  • Full management and responsibility for key administrative tasks across the department (including data input, document creation and management and reporting)

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support on supplier contracts to the Sourcing team and administration duties relating to contractual or operational detail across the business

  • Supporting Sourcing Managers in relation to a wide range of supplier communications and product management-related duties where necessary

  • Working closely with a wide range of key internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy across the delivery of contractual details.

  • Assisting where required with com-plaint escalation, H&S and Operational reviews

  • Build effective working relationships with all internal stakeholders and sup-pliers and ensure all individual KPIs are met.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with all internal/external stakeholders and Suppliers

  • Computer and IT literate (Microsoft Office suite - Word/ Excel/ Powerpoint essential)

  • Highly organised and thrives on ensuring completion of tasks to an ex-tremely high standard

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines and prioritise and manage time effectively

  • Self-motivated / self-starter who is confident in driving team members to deliver expected deadlines

  • Highly proactive nature with problem-solving abilities

  • Ambitious and forward-thinking with an interest in travel and procurement / purchasing

  • You can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • You take pride in presenting accurate work completed to a high-quality standard

  • You can turn things around quickly whilst remaining accurate and level headed

  • You are comfortable with re-prioritising your workload to suit the needs of the team
