Site Manager

We are looking to recruit a Site Manager for our brand new state of the art all through school which we will occupy for the start of the academic year 2024-25. Oakley School provides a unique, once-in-a-career opportunity to join a brand-new school and contribute to its journey towards excellence.

The site contains four main buildings; a Primary School, a Secondary School, a Nursery and a Sports Block, along with extensive external facilities which will be open to the community too. In September 2024 there will be Reception, Year 7 and Year 8 cohorts in the buildings and this will grow organically in future years.

If you enjoy working as part of a team and are able adaptable and flexible to the requirements of the site operation in support of the delivery of the school activities, then we look forward to hearing from you. We are part of Stowe Valley MAT and as such the post holder will be supported by the centralised Estates Team in the daily running of the premises.
