Full Job Description
- Recruit, train and supervise shop assistants
- Answer customer enquirers and give advice about products.
- Daily opening and closing the store and check the opening and closing cash balance.
- Lead and co-operate with other employees where needed, operate shop related to software issues for recording sales and purchases.
- Maintaining store front, including Merchandising and rotating displays. Communicating with Management to ensure the shop continues to run smoothly.
- Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
- Prepare and control the store's budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
- Connect with customers face-to-face, to market your goods and grow your business Ordering stocks from wholesaler, manufacturers and importers.
- Communicating with Management to ensure the Requirement.
- Ensuring smooth workflow in the store.
Proven experience as a Shop Keeper - Excellent all-round managing skills, Strong experience in Excel.
- Excellent organizational and proven ability to manage the full extent of business requirements.
- Must have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be fully flexible (Monday - Sunday, hours to be agreed by rota) including evenings and bank holidays.
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team with a hands-on approach.
