Service Now Analyst

ServiceNow Analyst - Warwick, hybrid - circa £40,000 plus bens, A typical day would include:

• Delivery of BAU activities


• Successful management and closure of queries


• Implementing change and improvements


• Implementation of the strategic plan


• Changes to Service Now


• Liaising with the IT Service Delivery team on extended changes and amendments


• Deputise for the Head of Service Systems
  
  You've got proven experience from a shared service centre environment using ServiceNow (ServiceNow Administration certification would be very highly regarded), and have:



• Product knowledge


• Relationship management experience


• Customer service expertise

We are looking for a ServiceNow Analyst to assist the team and business in the BAU running of Service Now to ensure excellent customer satisfaction., National Gas is leading a clean, reliable and affordable energy future for everyone.   Salary circa £40,000 (dependant on experience)


• Bonus of up to 6%
