Full Job Description

We are now recruiting for a Service Delivery Qualifications Administrator to join our Group Operations team, permanent contract, working part-time at our Swindon offices located on key transport links in the town centre.

About the role

Responsible for delivering a consistent, professional and quality service for all customers by the accurate and effective implementation of support activities relating to the service delivery team.

Providing administrative support for all processes carried out within the service delivery team.,

  • Processing of candidate and training provider data, making amendments as required, and updating all corresponding records for consistency.

  • Alert your Team Leader to any inaccurate or incomplete information and ensure data is handled in line with relevant data protection laws and regulations;

  • Accurate logging and sorting of all incoming post, ensuring it is passed to the relevant areas for processing and highlighting the receipt of any anomalous post received to your Team Leader;

  • Processing of completed examination materials, including automated marking, checking completion of pre-requisites, release of results and / or feedback, and ensuring any queries with materials received are passed to a Service Delivery Officer to raise with the relevant party;

  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of all registration channels, and the relevant regulatory and audit requirements.

  • Ensuring compliance is maintained through team knowledge, processes, procedures, and documentation;

  • Continuously look for business and process improvement opportunities, supporting and maintaining best practice for all ways of working;

  • Work collaboratively with other BCS departments as required, to achieve common goals, share best practice, support projects, contribute to improvement initiatives and help drive business change;

  • Support in the processing of CPD data, recertification's and revalidations for all relevant grades of Membership and Qualifications where required;

  • Flexibility is required of all job holders to adjust responsibilities as required from time to time by their Line Manager / Divisional Director;
