Full Job Description

Strategically plan and execute an integrated marketing schedule for the year across Europe.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals.
- Monitor and oversee the digital marketing budget.
- Conduct continuous reviews of campaign performances, adjusting KPIs, and reporting ROI and success to the Marketing Director.
- Manage various IT projects, including linking the EMEA trade catalogue to the new PIM system.
- Foster strong relationships with the distributor network, identifying collaborative campaign opportunities.
- Deliver multichannel campaigns encompassing SEO, PPC, email marketing, and website management.
- Collaborate with the new CRM instance to implement a marketing cloud solution and email strategy.
- Effectively manage multiple agencies to execute plans throughout the year.
- Approve all digital content, including advertisements and website assets, in line with brand guidelines.
- Cultivate customer loyalty, increase reviews, and build a community.

Are you an accomplished Senior Marketing Manager with a track record in strategic planning, with a passion for digital marketing?, Proven leadership experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in PPC and SEO campaigns.
- Strong understanding of GA4 and HTML.
- Experience with a CMS platform (knowledge of Drupal preferable but not essential).
- Familiarity with Salesforce (preferable but not essential).
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
