Full Job Description

In this role, you will provide direct support into the Retail Marketing Manager; delivering and supporting with the design of local marketing activity to maximise revenue and customer profitability through existing and new Bupa Clinics. As well as looking into ways in which to maximise the customer experience both inside the health centre and at all customer touchpoints. You will work with the Retail Marketing Manager to develop a local marketing strategy and plan initiatives for Bupa Health Centres and the product portfolio and establish effective working relationships with centre managers, the operations teams, bookings team, Insight, Data, PR, Digital, Brand and the other members of the Marketing Department to share knowledge and plan holistic campaigns.

You'll help us make health happen by:

  • Assist in the delivery of localised marketing campaigns, communicating activity and performance to centres and other key stakeholders.

  • You will be expected to contribute to the planning, development and implementation of plans and support with reactive marketing material, as part of your day-to-day role.

  • You will be expected to keep the wider marketing and product team up-to-date and improving communication processes.

  • You will champion Bupa's full product range, the brand, the customer, and the centres' needs through all communications and attend meetings with key stakeholders within centres to understand current up sell and cross sell activity and identify future local opportunities to drive customer revenue.

  • You will also be responsible for working with key stakeholders to keep customer experience at the forefront of activity and explore opportunities to enhance this.

    Full mix marketing experience (traditional and digital)

  • Understanding of analytics and measurement tools

  • Consumer Marketing experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a marketing role

  • Qualification in Marketing (CIM or degree)

  • Good time management and organisational skills
