  • You need to be able to work flexibly to provide support for families and children. This will include working shifts with full-time and night hours being available.

  • You will take a multifaceted approach to providing support to families in the centre

  • Ensure the families are able to achieve their desired outcomes whilst providing practical support and advice.

  • You will be part of a qualified and experienced team that is overseen by the Centre Manager.

  • Complete initial assessments of the family's needs enabling you to produce action plans.

  • You will act as a positive role model developing trusting relationships that create recovery, growth and lasting change.
