Full Job Description

Establish a clear vision and content strategy for the Sage brand across different audiences, including Financial & HR professionals, Small Businesses, and Accountants. The goal is to position Sage as the go-to, modern brand for SMBs.
- Oversee the creation and production of content, focusing on high creativity and efficient execution that can be easily adapted for different regions.
- Collaborate with the IC team and media partners to expand our reach and maintain relevance with key audiences.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation within the CSM team and with partner agencies to ensure we're operating at a world-class level.
- Develop a Sage social media strategy that supports our broader business goals.
- Monitor and measure the impact of our content at every stage of the marketing funnel, and work with the IC, Media, and Performance Marketing teams to improve our content strategy and meet business targets., Content performance within campaigns: shift brand metrics, achieve engagement and conversion goals
- Organic (inbound) audience growth via content by region.
- Web traffic, conversion metrics

Proven track record of developing highly creative and effective content campaigns, ideally for B2B brands

Sage is evolving its brand with a human-to-human approach in marketing. This change has led to a reorganization, creating the Integrated Campaigns (IC) team to manage all global marketing efforts, from strategy to production. Within the IC team, the Content & Social Media (CSM) group is key to rebranding Sage as a modern, innovative company. They oversee content for the entire marketing funnel, from thought leadership to customer stories, web content, social media, and sales support. The team includes content strategists, writers, videographers, and social media specialists.

In this role, you'll be part of the IC leadership team, responsible for shaping the Content and Social Media direction. Your task is to create and lead a strategy that supports Sage's brand transformation and business objectives with industry-leading content and engaging social media campaigns. You'll ideally be a seasoned creative leader to inspire and drive our content strategy for small and medium businesses worldwide.
