Senior Creative Project Manager (12 month Contract)

We are recruiting a Senior Creative Project Manager to join us on a 12 month fixed term covering parental leave. As the champion of advertising campaigns within Gaming, the role will be ultimately responsible for leading the TTL Creative process, development, and creative output originating from within the Brand and Propositions Team. Working with external Creative Agency Partners and/or the internal Flutter Creative department to ensure all campaign creative requirements are produced on-brand, to-brief and to the expected standard.

The team is responsible for developing our Gaming brands' strategy and positioning, from establishing our mission, vision and values to how the brands communicate to our audiences through a range of campaigns and initiatives. This role plays a vital role in ensuring our brands are represented accurately through outstanding creative output that is consistent with each brands' respective guidelines and strategic direction.,

• Ensure all Creative requirements for 30-Week and Brand specific activity is produced both to brief and standard.


• Work closely with the Head of Brand and Senior Brand Manager to ensure strategic implementation across Brand and Sponsorship campaigns.


• Contribute to the development of Creative Briefs ensuring all detail is included, and the ask is clear of the Creative function engaged.


• Be the lead point of contact from within the Brand Team with the engaged Creative function, ensuring the Creative function have all the information they need to progress with the Creative development and that Brand are across the development at all key touchpoints.


• Consult with Channel Teams to ensure that Creative requirements are both aligned to the strategic approach and / or comms plan of each campaign / project, and captured / detailed in good time to be briefed into the lead Creative function. (Agency Partner / Flutter Creative).


• Lead and develop the business relationship with Creative Agency / 3rd Party partners.


• Owner of Creative Production budget, ensuring efficient delivery of campaigns in budget.
  
  Experience in a similar role gained within agency or in-house


• Strong eye for detail, quickly adapting to new and unfamiliar complex initiatives


• Confident in influencing across all peer levels to ensure they are working to a common goal (on time & with clear measures of success defined)


• Lead by example with effective communication; understand and regularly communicate how day-to-day actions positively impact the bigger picture


• Experience in Project management software would be ideal
