Full Job Description

  • Booking and confirming appointments

  • Processing cash/credit transactions and issuing receipts

  • Greet clients and offer beverages in the waiting area

  • Welcome walk-ins and answer questions about services

  • Inform clients about new services

  • Selling products to new and existing customers

  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment for staff members

  • Cleaning sunbeds after every client

  • Answering phone and face-to-face enquiries in a professional and polite manner

  • Managing inventory and organising shelves

  • Washing and drying towels

    On successful completion of your apprenticeship, you will receive a Customer Service Level 2 qualification

  • Functional skills in maths and English if required, Communication skills, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Presentation skills, Team working, Initiative, Non judgemental, Friendly, Polite, Trust Worthy, GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4) Desired

    • GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4) Desired
