Full Job Description

The Role: As our Retail Development Coordinator, you will have the unique opportunity to spearhead the creation of a charity shop within the next twelve months. Your role will involve developing the infrastructure necessary for a seamless opening once we acquire a suitable property. We are dedicated to providing you with comprehensive training, coaching, and ongoing support to ensure your success in this role.,

  • Develop a roadmap for opening and managing a charity shop.

  • Source and manage inventory, including donations and purchases.

  • Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and engagement.

  • Use programs such as Excel for financial tracking and reporting.

  • Understanding of basic financial concepts.

  • Proficiency in using programs such as Excel.
