Get ready to kickstart your career with an exciting opportunity in customer service and housing repairs! As a Repairs Customer Contact Apprentice, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering top-tier support to both external and internal customers regarding housing repairs.

Your journey as an Apprentice:

You'll be on a 17-month Fixed Term Contract where you'll immerse yourself in a supportive learning environment. Beginning in the Customer Contact team, you'll delve into Repairs and Customer Resolutions, guided by a team of experienced professionals.

At the end of your apprenticeship, you'll have the opportunity to transition into a full-fledged Customer Contact Advisor role, or explore other departments with the new skill set and experience you've gained, Using scripting tools to diagnose repairs and schedule appointments efficiently.


  • Coordinating with internal teams and contractors for smooth repair progress.

  • Handling stage 1 complaints following regulatory standards, issuing official responses.

  • Maintaining accurate customer information for effective communication and trend analysis.

  • Collaborating with various departments to understand broader business functions.

  • Proactively solving problems, turning negative feedback into positive outcomes.

    No prior experience is needed for this role, just a willingness to learn and a passion for exceptional customer service,

    You'll need to have GCSE grade A-C or 4-9 points in both English and Maths. If you don't have this don't worry, we will support you to complete Level 2 English and Maths prior to your end-point assessment, We do not provide visa sponsorship; you must be eligible to work in the UK, reside in the UK for the duration of your employment and provide Right to Work evidence.
