+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in both the UK and USA, understanding their needs and requirements to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
+ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact through to placement, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
+ Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including networking, social media, and industry events, to attract top talent from both markets and build a strong candidate pipeline.
+ Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and best practices within the Freight & Logistics sector in both the UK and USA to provide expert advice and guidance to clients and candidates.
