Full Job Description

Weare looking for a recruitment coordinator or junior resourcer to joinour growing recruitment team. You will work closely with the In-houseRecruitment Manager and wider business to coordinate the recruitmentactivity whilst helping source and attract high calibre candidatesfor a wide variety of roles across the business.

Whatwill I spend my time on at Noriker?

  • Broadrecruitment administration duties

  • Usingvarious sourcing methods to identify and screen quality candidatesfor a range of different roles in a high volume environment.

  • Assistingin creating and managing candidate networks and pipelines

  • Supportingthe team to achieve fulfilment targets and meet recruitment KPIs tosupport ambitious company scale up.

  • Supportingthe recruitment and selection process to attract high calibrecandidates.

  • Contributetowards effective marketing and social media campaigns to build astrong company brand and attract talent.

  • Developunderstanding of technical job briefs and write compelling, detailedadverts

  • Previousexperience in a busy recruitment environment (In-house ispreferable)

  • Agood understanding of multiple methods of sourcing talent acrossdifferent platforms

  • Committedand results-driven

  • Proficientcomputer skills

  • Excellentverbal and written communication.

  • Strongorganisational & prioritisation skills
