Full Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Band 2 Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.

Duties:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and accuracy
- Manage office correspondence, including emails and letters
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed, scanning

Previous experience in an NHS patient facing role would be preferred
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to pick up inhouse systems quickly,

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
