Discover Impactful Work:
The QA Technician II contributes to the management of the QMS in line with company requirements and external regulations. The QA Technician II also ensure QMS related activities are effectively processed and conducted in a timely manner and accurately recorded.

A day in the Life:Support the maintenance and development of compliant document management practices that meet internal GxP requirements and external regulations.Support the document change request system to facilitate the updating of documentationCarry out data capture and monitoring where required.Support QA projects and standardisation activities across other areas of QA and the wider business.Participate in the development of Document Management procedures and processes to meet the organisational and global regulatory requirements as well as ongoing maintenance ensuring procedural and regulatory compliance.Support the delivery of training as and when required.Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Keys to Success:Success in this role include excellent communication, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, knowledge of regulatory requirements and strong organizational skills. By demonstrating these attributes and skills, a QA Technician can effectively fulfill their responsibilities and contributing to the success of the organization.
EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Educated to AS level, A level (or equivalent) or previous relevant work experienceExperienceAwareness of Document Control activities within an Electronic Resource Planning (ERP) system and eQMS, with specific experience in MasterControl being highly desirable.Experience working within Quality Assurance or Manufacturing in an IVD, Medical Device, or Pharmaceutical company or other similarly regulated industry with a relevant job function.
Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesEffective communication and social skills to maintain key communications and working relationships cross-functionally and at all levels.Proficiency in using computer systems (Microsoft Office suite, eQMS and ERP systems are essential).Ability to multitask, prioritize, and drive assignments to completion.Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documentation.Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude.Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the business.
