Property Operations Manager

As part of our expansion, we now have an ongoing vacancy for a Operation Manager to join our team at our Head Office in Birmingham.

What you will be taught as a Operation Manager:
- To oversee our property portfolio, comprising blocks of flats, HMO's,
- Conduct viewings, check ins, check outs and property inspections.
- Liaising with tenants to inform them of, and ensure they are complying with, important fire safety rules imposed by the letting manager.
-Answer Tenant room enquiry and questions and organise calendar for viewing and maintenance of the letting manager.
-Chase up invoices and organise payments. Across the businesses using online software such as Xero and Arthur.
-Shadow the letting manager on auditing the cleaning and conducting fire alarm checks on a fortnightly basis
- Sending information packs to tenants containing important fire safety information and onboarding tenants.
- Tracking Costs for development by the maintenance of spreadsheets
- Any other admin associated duties with our build outs and property management
- On some occasions will involve gardening and moving things and low level maintenance/cleaning.

Salary: £20,000
