An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Support Administrator to join our Gastroenterology Team within East Suffolk North Essex Foundation Trust
Liver Surveillance Programme (LSP) - Project Support will support the hepatology team to fulfil the national requirement for a robust Liver Surveillance registry.
The EoE Cancer Alliances have worked collaboratively with Eclipse and the NHS Cancer Programme National Team to create a live interactive database to support the
LSP across the EoE Region by creating additional functionality into Eclipse database to:
+ Improve the efficiency of attendance to appropriate LSP by providing reminders to patients.
+ Integrate imaging and pathology results.
+ Create a bespoke EoE protected service enabling clinicians to enter data into the standardised platform.
+ Enable a 'live' audit and research in an IG compliant manner, + To identify patients that should be on the LSP that are not currently listed, including those that have failed to attend and / or are lost to follow-up.
+ To populate the mandatory field template in relation to the Eclipse portal to ensure the named patient has been added to the portal with all relevant details.
+ To work with the hepatobiliary service to ensure all patients that should be listed on the LSP registry are added appropriately.
+ Ability to access local hospital patient administration systems and data to identify appropriate patients.
+ To add newly identified patients to LSP as identified by the local service.
+ To contact patients that are lost to follow-up or disengaged with LSP and support them back into the surveillance programme., Along with supporting you to achieve your career goals we offer a generous pension scheme, unsocial hours payments (where applicable), 27 days annual leave on commencement (pro rata) and access to a range of NHS discounts.
