Production Office Administrator Apprentice (Enveco Ltd) ENVECO LIMITED

This office-based role will be working as part of a small team in the production office of an envelope manufacturer, providing all necessary paperwork etc. to the factory, from purchasing through to delivery. Working closely with our sales team based at our Milton Keynes main office to ensure smooth running of production., Duties will include but not limited to;

• Answering calls


• Order entry


• Database management


• Job sheet creation


• Raising Purchase Orders


• Liaising with customers and our manufacturing departments


• Print job sheets


• Printing box/pallet labels


• Happy to lift/move boxes of envelopes in the factory (not an everyday job)


• Booking in deliveries, arranging transport and producing delivery notes/invoices using Sage


The training you will be getting


• Full training to be provided by the employer and KEITS at the place of employment.


• The applicant will be working towards and gain a Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship.


• Functional Skills Level 2 in English and maths will be provided for those without Grade 4/C (or equivalent) if required.


• The learner will be allocated an industry specific training consultant who will provide both remote and onsite visits throughout the apprenticeship.


• The apprentice will work towards an End Point Assessment (EPA) at the end of their apprenticeship.
  
  Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Problem solving skills, Presentation skills, Logical, Team working, GCSE or equivalent English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) Desired
