Full Job Description
- Support and promote the future Web Product Vision, with the Lead PO & Group Product Owner.
- Communicate the vision for digital products to delivery teams and stakeholders.
- Support product discovery with requirements gathering analysis and high-fidelity prototyping.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify areas of improvement and new features for Web products.
- Prioritise and communicate the roadmap to the wider business Stakeholders.
- Develop strong relationships with cross functional stakeholders to achieve the product vision, business objectives & goals.
- Enhance the customer digital experience by taking a product-centric approach to developing features and solving problems.
Previous experience working in an Agile environment, operating as a Product Owner, Product Manager or within Digital Operations. - A proven record of developing and maintaining effective working relationships with cross functional teams and external partner agencies.
- Experience in a fast-paced digital operations environment and be adept at managing multiple projects at once.
- Experience developing and managing roadmaps and feature backlogs. experience of product discovery with requirements gathering analysis and high-fidelity prototyping.
- A strong understanding of Digital Operations best practice - bug fix, change & release processes, CI/CD implementation.
