As part of our Re-Imagine strategy for the JLR business, Jaguar will be repositioned as a modern luxury brand and will seek to offer a new end to end customer journey, underpinned by an all electric car portfolio. The Jaguar Product & Service Marketing team's role is to define the current and future product and services offer for the Jaguar brand, including pricing strategy, accessories, halo offering, and lifecycle planning to deliver revenue targets.

This position will take full responsibility for one of the Jaguar nameplates, providing you with the opportunity to act as the voice of the customer and represent different market requirements. You will provide key inputs to the customer order cards for bespoke, halos, limited editions, and associated business cases.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

In this role you will work closely with the vehicle programmes team, creative team, product strategy team and regional teams to define the product offer for the brand, including the customer offer and pricing strategy to deliver revenue targets.

Further responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Define and deliver Single Customer Order Card that balances customer & brand needs with time, cost and quality

  • Define and deliver the pricing strategy that delivers the revenue targets

  • Define and deliver the take rates for the customer offer that delivers targets and supports business planning process

  • Communicate the customer offer to the wider business via delivery of Single Customer Order Card, Product Briefs, Pricing bulletins and any other means required at the time

    Experience in product management and pricing strategy

  • Experience of translating brand and customer insight into product and service requirements

  • Strong financial acumen including understanding of pricing and residual value management and able to manage regional requirements & relationships

  • Strong stakeholder management and able to manage regional requirements & relationships

  • Experience of developing Strategies and driving delivery
