Main duties include:

- Identify, evaluate, and select vendors based on their capability to supply products and services in alignment with our quality, quantity, and delivery requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to ensure a cost-effective and efficient procurement process.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about market trends and product availability.
- Oversee and manage the entire procurement cycle, ensuring transparency and adherence to the company's policies and regulations.
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand. Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure.
- Ensure the products and materials procured meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and inventory management, to ensure a cohesive supply chain.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal guidelines and internal policies.

Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management and procurement best practices.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and standard office suites.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
