Principal Consultant

The consulting team are looking for an experienced Principal Consultant to complement their team and manage various projects for our global client base. The individual will need to have a creative mind and be able to sometimes work in the grey. This role will work with the client, project team, and technology partners in driving, developing, and delivering overall workforce solutions projects for our clients.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in one or more of these specialty areas:

• Project Management (PMI), Responsible for managing projects and supporting organisations to understand their workforce solution readiness. Consulting with clients on a deep level; working to overcome their challenges by listening to their goals, analysing their operations, and building strategies that will allow them to effectively manage their company's workforce.


Manage project team members and technology partners on complex requirements.

Manage responsible project workstream and execute all deliverables & milestones accordingly.

Maintain client and supplier relationships by building professional rapport, follow up consistently, and maintain ongoing contact and communication.

Excellent communication, presentation, and consultation skills.

Be able to work on multiple projects providing subject matter expert- level design consultation, in the translation of customer requirements and processes, to a supportable solution and technology configuration.

Prepare and deliver project documentation, including but not limited to reporting, proposals, documented analysis outputs, SOWs.

Validate deliverables and milestones within the project schedule are accurate according to project scope.

Expertise across all or some workforce models; MSP (Managed Service Program), SOW (Statement of Work) Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and IC (Independent Contractor) solutions.
