Personal Assistant Ref: SOLOWAA

I am young male looking for a personal assistants to support me with my care needs. I enjoy going out in the community, listening to music, and spending time with my family. I have been diagnosed with cerebal palsy, learning disabilities, epilepsy, and I am registered blind in 1 eye. I need 2 carers to support me.

The ideal candidate will be a car driver with previous experience in a Health and Social Care setting. You must also be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity, promoting my independence and respect my home.

The sucessful candidate must be flexible and take on a practical 'can do' attitude towards all aspects of my care. As a good communicator you will have the ability to complete all tasks where necessary. Ideal qualities: non-smokers, Happy cheerful attitude

Car drivers with a full, clean driving license are essential, and candidates must meet the requirements for motor insurance purposes.

In return for your dedication, you'll receive a competitive rate of pay in addition to:

· 5.6 weeks holiday per year (pro-rata for part-time positions).

· Company pension scheme after 3 months' service, subject to the scheme rules.
