Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a People Services Advisor to join us on 12 Month Fixed Term Contract!

This is an exciting role where you'll provide front line email and telephone services to answer employee queries. You will also proactively assist people through the life cycle processes of an employee, predominately Payroll and Benefits related.

What You'll Do

  • Manage queries from employees by answering calls, live chat function and replying to emails relating to HR and employee issues.

  • Update and Manage Data within Service Now (query management solution)

  • Be clear on the metrics and KPIs relevant to the position and ensure these are achieved and foster and support the process of continuous improvement.

  • Work effectively with the related teams and key customers to ensure seamless working of the HR Process in People Services and seam

    Demonstrable Ticket Management experience

  • Experience of working within a HR Shared Service function and generic experience of delivering a query management service aligned to legislative HR processes.

  • Good working knowledge of 'hire to retire' processes.

  • Experience of delivering payroll and benefits knowledge training to team members

  • Proficient in administration skills

  • Written and verbal communication skills

  • Working knowledge of SAP is advantageous.

  • Demonstrable passion and commitment to excellence in continuous improvement and quality

  • Good attention to detail and planning skills.

  • Passion in building relationships with key stakeholders.

  • HR administration or Customer service experience is advantageous.
