Full Job Description

Our Compensation & Benefits Manager will oversee and manage payroll processing for all employees and flexible workers at Birmingham Hippodrome, alongside managing the varied provision of financial benefits offered to our people. As part of the wider People, Culture & Talent team this new role will contribute to the People Strategy, whilst ensuring that Birmingham Hippodrome continues to be a great place to work for our people. Our Compensation & Benefits Manager will be the first point of contact for all payroll and benefits-related queries. They will also assist in the development of competitive and cost-effective benefits offerings that will assist with employee engagement, retention and attraction.

  • Sick pay, This is a brand-new permanent role, on a part-time basis of 20 hours per week and reports into our Head of People. The role can be worked in hybrid capacity with a minimum of 2 days per week onsite at Birmingham Hippodrome.
