We are looking for an Organisational Development & Change specialist to lead the transformation of our organisational culture and help us fulfil our aspiration to be an employer by developing, implementing and evaluating OD solutions that support behaviour change, embeds cultural change and takes a strategic approach to workforce planning., As our OD and Change Specialist you will be responsible for helping to develop and deliver key components of our People Strategy, reshaping policies and procedures in line with the objectives of the transformation programme.
You will design and deliver organisational and change management strategies and initiatives which foster a high performance culture and ensures our values and culture are aligned to deliver positive, inclusive and respectful behaviours around Learning, Empathy, Ambition and Fairness.
You will foster strong and effective relationships across departments and within the programme team to enable buy in with a collaborative and engaging approach to the delivery of improved service outcomes and a culture of continuous improvement.
The role will be dynamic and varied, working with teams across the organisation on a range of significant change projects.

You will be an HR or OD professional with significant experience working as an OD specialist or as an HR generalist with an OD focus.
You will have a good working knowledge of change management and developing organisational culture with a track record of successful delivery of OD projects to support major organisational change.
You will have excellent influencing and interpersonal skills, building and sustaining relationships in order to achieve results with an engaging and approachable communication style.
This is a new and exciting role that will support significant organisational change so you will be passionate about being part of a team that will make a real difference.

£42,810 - £45,930 per annum (up to £46,925 per annum for exceptional performance when in post),
