Full Job Description

The New Sites Manager will be a dynamic and strategic property professional responsible for driving the successful opening of new locations. This role is pivotal in executing our growth strategy, ensuring that each new site is launched efficiently, aligns with our brand standards, and is positioned for long-term success. You will help to build a strong pipeline of new openings, these will be a combination of conversions and refurbishments of existing buildings, new purpose-built centres, and green field developments., + Site Selection and Development: Lead the identification and evaluation of potential new sites, conducting thorough market research and feasibility studies. Partner Operational team, property agents, solicitors, planning advisors and project management support.
+ Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of opening new sites, including project planning, budgeting, timeline management, and resource allocation. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
+ Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, operations, finance, and HR, to coordinate all aspects of site openings. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments to support the launch and operational success of new sites.
+ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all new sites comply with local regulations, Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to manage permitting and approval processes.
+ Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all new sites, ensuring they meet our brand guidelines and customer expectations. Conduct site inspections and audits to verify readiness and operational excellence.
+ Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of new site openings.
+ Budget Management: Manage budgets for new site development projects, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and maximising return on investment. Track and report on financial performance, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
+ Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and refinement of the company's growth strategy, providing insights and recommendations based on market trends, competitive analysis, and operational capabilities.

+ A seasoned and well-connected property professional
+ Hands-on experience in acquisition and development, specifically within the nursery, healthcare, licensed leisure, or retail sectors
+ Inquisitive, with the ability and strong motivation to canvass target markets.
+ Proven ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
+ Demonstrable track record of success
+ Expertise in site appraisals, planning processes, development contracts, Board submissions, and overseeing projects from inception to opening.
+ Exceptional ability to build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
+ Service-oriented individual eager to advance their career within an exciting and progressive sector as a key member of the UK's leading childcare provider.
