We are now looking for a motivated and driven Marketing Manager to join our team in Northampton!

In this exciting role you will be supported by a strong team consisting of experienced colleagues both in UK and in the rest of Europe. This position reports to the Director of Segment Marketing based in Gothenburg, Sweden. As our Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of defining and executing strategies that elevate our brand, engage our customers, and expand our market share. Your main responsibility will be to secure that our projects are planned and implemented successfully.

Additionally, your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans for our business in UK, utilizing both internal and external resources in collaboration with the sales teams.

Budget Management: Oversee and manage the marketing budget in alignment with marketing and sales objectives, under the guidance of the Director of BU Marketing.

Lead Generation: Design, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to generate leads, utilizing central and local marketing materials.

SEO/SEM Collaboration: Work closely with AddSecure's SEO and SEM Experts to implement and enhance digital strategies for UK.

Key Media Marketing: Engage in marketing through key media channels, social media (ads, banners, etc.), and industry organizations relevant to our operations in UK.

Event Management: Plan and execute seminars, events, and webinars for both potential and existing customers, ensuring high engagement and attendance.

Website Management: Regularly update and maintain the website, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and optimized for search engines.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, understanding the market and company objectives to ensure alignment in all marketing efforts.

Content creation: Craft, review, and optimize creative content and lead content marketing efforts, including managing social networks, blogs, and press relations, in alignment with AddSecure's content strategy to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement for elevated brand awareness.

The ideal candidate for this role is creative and innovative with excellent organisational skills. You will ideally also have experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), Marketing Automation Systems (e.g. HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce). You are self-driven and comfortable working independently and also as a wider team.

Additionally you will have:

• A degree in marketing or another relevant field.


• Practical marketing experience, preferably in a similar industry.


• Proficiency in MS Office, web tools, CRM and social media platforms.


• Fluent in English language, both written and spoken.


• The ability to think creatively, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of sales promotion and campaign management.


• The ability to work in a structured manner with a strong alignment to our company core values of customer focus, simplicity, team spirit and cooperation.

This role will be based at our Northampton office, but we work a hybrid model, allowing for 2-3 days home-working per week.
