Full Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the delivery and execution of all aspects of the marketing and communication plan for the region. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience.

The overall goal is to maximise lead generation to help build the sales pipeline, and ultimately help drive revenue for the business.

Reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer, you will work closely with them to formulate and strategise quarterly activity directly in line with the goals and objectives of the department. You will encourage collaboration with the UK sales team as well as other senior executives across product, technical, legal and HR.

As part of a global marketing team you will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager in the AU & NZ region in order to create efficiencies in processes, alignment on content generation and execution, and gain valuable insights and feedback where required.,

  • Work closely with the CCO and Senior Marketing Manager (AU region) to feed into the overall marketing strategy and planning for your region.

  • Manage supplier relationships required for the delivery on the marketing plan

  • Maintain UK marketing budget and rolling forecast and ensure legal and budgetary obligations are adhered to

  • Work closely with sales and product to gain customer feedback and market insights to feed into content development and marketing activity planning

  • Manage the ongoing creation and updating of product and solutions collateral for use across Sandstone website and Sales Process.

  • Manage all content on the Sandstone website relevant for your region and manage UK marketing database

  • Content development and management across all digital media including the company website, social media channels, customer newsletters.

  • Event creation, sponsorship and management - customer, industry, sandstone-owned

  • Liaise with customer, product, and sales teams for the development of internal and external communications including announcements, testimonials, press releases, and success stories

  • Manage press and media database and distribution

  • Campaign development and execution in support of sales and marketing plan objectives

  • Execute on brand development and awareness (internal and external) and help support the delivery of the corporate values

  • Identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities across industry and membership associations and source speaking opportunities for Sandstone.

  • Design and develop creative briefs and effectively manage relationships with external agencies to achieve optimal content and thought leadership

  • Champion the Sandstone brand and ensure a high standard is reflected in all marketing communications and advise and provide direction as and when required with RFIs/RFPs

  • Provide regular reporting and analytics

    Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field

  • 3 - 4 years of relevant experience

  • Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills

  • Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
