Full Job Description

This is a full 360 recruiter role supporting on all our home and village management hiring across the Bupa Care Services and Richmond Villages. Responsible for the delivery, governance and the ownership of the end-to-end hiring process driving and owning a world class high touch candidate (internal and external), hiring manager and people experience. This role will truly help shape the future Bupa Care Services and Richmond Villages through the talented leaders you discover and land.

Working collaboratively with the wider Talent, Development and Inclusion Team, Business Partners and senior stakeholders across the business, you will directly source and attract great senior talent.

You'll help us make health happen by

  • Being responsible for the end-to-end delivery of home and village management hires aligned to Bupa Care Services and Richmond Villages through a variety of proactive activities, including direct sourcing and through selected partners when required.

  • Develop and implement talent identification strategies, externally sourcing candidates, directly through a number of different channels, including referrals, market mapping and insight led work.

  • Consult and engage with hiring managers to understand their needs and consult on the most appropriate solution for attracting the right candidates.

  • Conduct in depth candidate interviews and initial assessment, predominately for active roles and proactively for potential talent. Gaining valuable market information, building your network.

  • Maintain, track and distribute a list of key metrics driving operational and cost efficiency related to resourcing and recruiting efforts that provide clear insights and change requirements.

  • Manage suppliers to ensure the best quality candidates are submitted, track the success of these and implement changes to the PSL where required on a regular basis, demonstrating delivery against targets.

  • Support on interviews and assessments where required, providing insight and feedback.

  • Networking in industry, sector and specialism and become an expert in market.

  • Candidate engagement - identify and attract potential candidates, providing a best-in-class experience.

  • Devise and implement long-term talent pipeline strategies that tap into diverse talent pools and develop innovative engagement strategies to open dialogue opportunities with these talent pools.

  • Deliver insightful & data led updates on the market, competitor analysis and market news.

  • Provide world class candidate experience and ensure the team is delivering consistently in order to achieve a CSAT score of over 80.
