Full Job Description

As an exciting new role within our team, your initial focus will involve collaborating closely with People Business Partners, not only to help build our ways of working together, but also to start to identify and prioritise business issues. As you progress, you'll establish connections across different departments through your product delivery, fostering trust to better grasp learning and OD challenges. Your role will involve crafting prototypes for potential scaling across the organization, aiding in our strategic goals and nurturing a culture of development. Leveraging your expertise, you'll advocate for learning opportunities and scrutinise requests to ensure they align with our strategic objectives., Your role will be crucial in working to embrace change and drive innovation forward to meet the changing needs of our service. You will create, implementing, assessing, and integrating Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD) tools and projects that align with our goals.

Using L&OD expertise to question assumptions, identify business challenges and learning gaps and propose the most effective solutions. This will involve collaborating with experts from diverse disciplines to address learning and development needs.

You will work in close collaboration with the Heads of Business Partnering and other People Business Partners to ensure a joined up and fluid approach to evidence-based decision making, problem solving and the co-creation of solutions for business areas. Understanding and recognising where other partner expertise are better placed to support.

Additionally, you'll provide support for organisation wide initiatives as needed, contributing to the broader goals of the team and department.
