Full Job Description

The Regulatory Training team within the Bank's Compliance Department provides support for the central development and implementation of global bank-wide mandatory regulatory training. This training helps mitigate Compliance, Anti-Financial Crime and other non-financial risks the bank faces and addresses applicable regulatory, legal or internal requirements. You, as part of the Admin team, would be responsible for the population builds and deployment of predominantly on-line training courses to Bank staff through the Learning Management System (LMS). You would also be involved in all associated tasks to help support staff with their mandatory learning requirements.

Building populations in excel and managing staff exclusions for all course deployments Deploying eLearning to all staff through the Bank's LMS Ensuring all new joiners are assigned training relevant to their role, division and location Responding to global staff queries in a timely manner, escalating where appropriate Maintaining all key documentation on the team SharePoint site Following all existing processes and identifying streamlining opportunities Carrying out other ad-hoc administrative tasks on request Your skills and experience Microsoft Office, including intermediate-advanced Excel Experience of Training/Learning Management System beneficial German language beneficial but not essential Excellent communicator Excellent attention to detail Calm under pressure How we'll support you Training and development to help you excel in your career
