Full Job Description

  • Supporting the Technical Manager.

  • Producing IT diagnosis over the phone for hardware, networks, antivirus and operating systems.

  • Providing remote support to clients.

  • Supporting with installing and configuring systems.

  • Diagnosing hardware and software issues.

  • Troubleshooting system and network problems, as well as diagnosing and solving problems.

  • Logging calls and ensuring management of database., ensure that talent is recognised, developed, and matched with business needs, whatever the background of the individual, irrespective of gender, race, disability, age, religion or belief, sexual orientation, marital or civil partnership status, pregnancy or maternity and gender reassignment.
